Lizi's B&B guests loved her original granola so much, she produced an equally delicious low-sugar recipe so that no one has to miss out.
With black treacle for extra flavour - and an incredible crunch when used in baking - the result is an oaty, nutty cereal that's great with fresh fruit or yogurt for a healthy start.
This product contains at least 1g of beta-glucans from oats per 50g serving. A daily intake of 3g of beta-glucans contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels as part of a balanced and varied diet. GL testing confirms the benefits of beta-glucans towards the steady release of energy after a meal.

- Orders within Colombo area will be arranged on the same day for purchases made before 12:00 pm on the same day. Others will be delivered on the next day.
- Orders outside Colombo will be handled by DOMEX courier service, They will take 2 working days for the delivery. We will process the order within 24 hours and will hand it over to the courier service, Once they pick up your order from us we will provide you the tracking information.
- Please note that the Cash On Delivery service will be available for the orders within (Colombo 1-10, Nugegoda, Rathmalana, Boralesgamuwa, Rajagiriya) areas only. Please feel free to contact us if you need to know whether the COD service is available at your area.

- Once the payment is done you can arrange the pick up from our store located at Kalubowila. Please contact us and arrange a date and time for your pick up order and we will make sure it's ready for pick up.
